Our enrichment programs also offer parents the opportunity to have their children partake in the extracurricular activities in the safety of the center whereas other parents would have to take the children after work or on the weekend.

Great Beginnings Early Learning Center offers Music for Life's general music class for children in the Penguins, Cubs and Giraffes Class as a regular part of our program. Music for Life enhances a child's inherent ability to create, express and problem solve through music. Their curriculum entails classical composers, Sing-a-long songs, Rhythm & Dance and Instrument Exposure.

Music for Life also offers an a la carte program that parents can opt to pay for and have their children registered in. This is a 30-week Curriculum that includes Classical Composer Recognition, Music Reading Skills, Music Theory, Weekly Letters, Piano Skills and Orchestral Instrument Exposure. The a la carte program concludes with a live concert by all the participating children as well as a live recording.

Great Beginnings Early Learning Center also offers a paid children's gymnastics program in the Penguins, Dolphins, Cubs and Giraffes class through Power Tots, Inc. Power Tots, Inc. specializes in fun gymnastics, dance, and yoga programs for children, ages 18 months to 12 years of age. Their program is unique in that they come into the center and provide their own equipment.

Their certified and safety trained instructors offer the registered  children lots of high-energy fun while learning the art of gymnastics, dance, and yoga. The average PowerTots class size at Great Beginnings is between 8 to 12 children per class, with individual attention and close supervision.
