The "Giraffes" is our 4-5 Year old Class 

Our Giraffes Class schedule is carefully designed to enhance each child's skills, while meeting them at their level of comprehension, as well as ensuring that developmental milestones are reached as they prepare for the tranistion into elementary school.

We have a Maximum Ratio of 10 children to a Teacher and we foster learning and skills enhancement in an environment where their learning is enriched through active engagement in the learning process and use the ABEKA Curriculum to forward their knowledge and creativity. We also focus on self expression. creative play, computer skills, and socialization. The skills taught and reinforced, build upon the ones learned in earlier educational stages as teachers meet children at their level of learning and engage them in activities to stimulate their overall growth and development.

• Fine and Gross Motor Skills Enhancement & Recreational Play

9:00am – 11:00am              Activity Time/Library Time/

11:00am – 11:30am           A Walk Outdoors/Clean Up

11:30am - 12:00pm            Lunch Time/Clean Up

12:00pm – 1:30pm              Rest/Nap Time/Clean Up

3:00pm –  4:00pm                Activity Time

*During clean-up time the children are responsible for straightening their play equipment, children use the potty and ALL of the children wash their hands.
