The Cubs is our 3 to 4 Year Old Preschool Class 

Our Cubs daily schedule is carefully designed to meet each child's individual needs, as well as ensure that developmental milestones are reached in an environment where their learning is enriched through active engagement in the learning process; with teacher directed activies, self directed play, group and individual learning and the use of the ABEKA Curriculum. The class has a Maximum Ratio of 10 children to a Teacher and the skills taught build upon the ones learned in earlier educational stages as teachers meet children at their level of learning and engage them in activities to stimulate their overall growth and development.

Lessons include activities to enhance skills in:
• Pre and Beginning Reading
• Pre and Beginning Math
• Nature & Science
• Arts & Crafts
• Fine and Gross Motor Skills Enhancement
• Music, Creative Expression & Dance
• Social, Communication & Recreational Play

8:30am – 9:30am                  Breakfast Snack/Clean Up

9:30am - 10:00am               Circle Time

10:00am – 11:00am            Activity Time/ Enrichment Programs

11:00am – 11:30am             Walk Outdoors/Clean Up

11:30am - 12:00pm              Lunch Time/Clean Up

12:00pm – 2:30pm                Rest/Nap Time/Clean Up 

2:30pm – 3:00pm                  Afternoon Snack /Clean Up

3:00pm –  4:00pm                 Outdoor Play/Activity Time

4:00pm – 4:30pm                  Station Time

4:30pm – 5:00pm                  Story Time/Clean Up Time

*During clean-up time the children are responsible for straightening their play equipment, children use the potty and ALL of the children wash their hands.
